Pacific General Medical Clinic is contracted with most of the private health care plans as well as Medicare, Medicaid, Labor & Industries and Self Insured companies.

Our business office will file a claim to your insurance company if we have a current copy of your card. All charges for services not covered by insurance remain the patients responsibility.

We ask that you present your current insurance card at each visit.

Please contact us and we can verify if your plan is consider “preferred” at our clinics.

We endeavor to bill your insurance correctly. However, billing questions do arise. Please contact us if you need assistance.

 Payment Policy

All Patients:
All patients need to bring in all health insurance cards including Medicare and Medicaid cards.

In order to prevent billing services to you please make sure all information is accurate for both primary and secondary insurances.

For all work related injuries (L&I and S&I) you must provide accurate employer information.

For injuries involved with a motor vehicle accident we need valid proof of your PIP coverage. We do not bill third party insurances.

You are expected to pay your co-payment at the time of your office visit.

Payment options:
You can pay with cash, check or money order. For your convenience we do accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit/debit cards.

If you do not have insurance coverage payment is due at time of service.
