USCIS I-693 Medical examination

Each applicant must have:

  • Picture ID
  • Record of vaccination

If you are an attorney, representing a USCIS applicant who is presently in the Tacoma Detention Center and needing a I-693 Medical exam an appointment is necessary for transportation arrangement between you and Tacoma Detention center staff.

Most applicants for adjustment of status are required to have a medical examination. The medical examination must be conducted by a civil surgeon who has been designated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.

We DO NOT perform N-400 medical disability exception exams.

We have 5 certified civil surgeons on staff.       

We are open 7 days a week and no appointment is necessary.

We accept all major credit cards and ATM/Debit cards or Cash .               

We do not accept personal checks with this service.

We will bill your medical insurance, ONLY If USCIS Physical exam is covered under your plan.
